Michael J. Kuhn
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kuhn, CEO, Acting Chairman of the Board and co-founder of DigiDeal Corporation has always been an entrepreneur. He was the co-founder and instrumental leader of five start-up organizations, all of which were positioned for sale or IPO and are thriving entities today. With over 30 years experience defining markets, developing and implementing marketing strategies and building and managing teams he understands the challenges of bringing an organization into being and the art of executing a business plan. In addition to the gaming industry, his resume includes successes in retail, wholesale distribution, manufacturing and the service industry.

Michael’s previous tenure as co-founder, CEO and President took Dakotah Direct Inc., a communication service company, from conception to 14 locations, over 2500 employees and $45mm in revenues.

Ms. Floyd, CPA, CAE is the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary/Treasurer of DigiDeal Corporation. Nicole has more than 17 years experience in business and financial management in a variety of industries. She also has 15 years of experience in the areas of corporate governance and human resources. Prior to coming to DigiDeal she served as the Washington Society of CPA's Director of Finance and Administration. Nicole earned her BA of Business Administration from the University of Washington with focuses in accounting and marketing. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is also a Certified Association Executive.

Mr. Bartlett is the Chief Technology Officer of DigiDeal Corporation with 15 years of high tech industry experience. Mr. Bartlett has extensive management experience in the development of software, electrical hardware, mechanical hardware and complex systems integration. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

David Krise
Senior V.P. of Product Development

Mr. Krise is a founding partner of DigiDeal Corporation. Dave has more than 35 years of design and marketing experience as well as an extensive background in product development, photography and industrial design. Prior to DigiDeal Mr. Krise was the owner of Image Group, a full service graphic design and marketing company. Mr. Krise was one of the initial partners of Casinovations/Vending Data Corporation designing the "Safety Peek Cards" and doing the industrial design of the "Random Ejection Shuffler".

Mr. Evans brings more than 20 years of experience in software and hardware engineering to the DigiDeal team. Before spending the better part of a decade working in the Casino Gaming industry he made his living working in the telecom, networking, semiconductor and test equipment industries. Don also holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.
